The U.S. Intelligence community is composed of sixteen different organizations and two independent agencies—the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

In the Biden’s administration, two professional attorneys with intelligence background have been tapped to lead the two agencies. Mrs. Avril Haines, as a director of national intelligence and Mr. David S. Cohen, as the Acting Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.

In the bipolar political atmosphere of Persian Gulf – after boycott of Qatar –; the formation of anti-Iran Front; the existence of cold war or rivalry between Saudi Arabia and Iran; new diplomacy of White house and change of dynamic of MENA; withdrawal of US forces from Iraq and Syria; post era of JCPOA without presence of US; the post era of Arab Spring; the reluctance of US for serious intervention in MENA; re-appearance of Russia in the region; middle east has challenged a new turmoil and instability.

Nowadays, US policy lacks the appropriate policy for engagement in the Middle East. Vladimir Putin’s regional policy tries to be an architect the politics of region. However, among other regional powers such as Turkey, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the Iranian regime is clearly the only bad actor with its malign activities and destructive ideological ambitions.

From a realism point of view, it is evident that Iran wants more dominance and power. The diplomacy of Shi’a clergies of Iran Islamic regime leads to security threat and escalation of instability in the region. Iran is a Bad Actor in the stage with malign behavior in the file of ODNI and CIA.

Noticeably, the President Biden’s three-week-old administration and The US Intelligence Community faced a plenty of bad news, unclear messages, and different signals from Iran. But they called these proclamations “very concerning.”

For the the perspective of US Intelligence Community, it is clear that the regime has parallel Intelligence agencies, which are under the direct control of Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader in the Shia governing System. furthermore, two Mullahs are the chief of MOIS (VAJA) and Intelligence Organization of the IRGC (SAS). plus, The competition between them as so obvious. practically, IRGC-IO is more powerful Than MOIS.

Considerably, IRGC-IQ has two operational groups: the Quds Force and Basij. from 2009, when Ahmadinejad started his 2nd term of Presidency in Iran, Hossein Taeb is on top of this terrifying and interconnected, and spiraling Intelligence Octopus. Taeb has a close ties with Mojtaba Khamenei, the son and potential successor of Khamenai. albeit, Taeb was in MOIS for many years, but currently he has more power than MOIS and can demand or block MOIS minister with no trouble. Taeb is in the internal Circle of Khamenei and promotes to succession of Mujtaba.

Taeb was supporter of Ahmadinejad in 2009 and he opposed the opponents under the demand of Mujtaba. As well, Taeb was the former commander of Basij. and this is twelve years that he is the Director of IRGC-IO which is the most powerful intelligence Agency in Iran and almost he is the head of Iran’s Intelligence community.

On the anniversary of 1979’s rebellion in Iran, Taeb, the head of the IRGC Intelligence Organization, mentioned some significant points.

Taeb bluntly emphasized to expulsion of US Forces from the region; destroying of US-Israel plots to neutralize the power of Iran and he continued the propaganda against US and The order of the region. Taeb added that the United States is untrustworthy. then he pointed to the US for elimination of the IRGC-QF commander, Qassem Soleimani, and the necessity of revenge.

On 9/29/2010 President Obama signed an Executive Order that imposes sanctions on Iranian officials determined to be responsible for or complicit in serious human rights abuses involving Iran. one of those 8 individuals was Heydar Moslehi, Minister of MOIS; and another one Hossein Taeb, ( as a Deputy IRGC Commander for Intelligence and former Commander of the IRGC’s Basij Forces). because at the time of the June 2009 election, forces under Taeb’s command participated in beatings, murder, and arbitrary arrests and detentions of peaceful protestors. additionally, in April 2019, President Donald Trump to designate Iran’s IRGC as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) officially.

Given Taeb’s background, US-allies in the region were in warned regarding the revolutionary wrath of the Muslim nations. They claim that “the US power in all aspects is in decline and the Resistance Front is preparing itself for the post-American era “.

Taeb added to the point that ”we will expand our intelligence control over the enemy and close the way for their infiltration. and all intelligence apparatuses of the Iran will tackle the threats as well”.

Taeb, without mentioning any names, claimed that Iranian regime’s intelligence community has regional allies and cooperation with the international intelligence agencies. Paradoxically, he warned US allies in the region.

The Strategy of this senior intelligence Mullah is creating new conflicts by proxy groups and potential military confrontation in the region for more instability. Surely, it will be an instrument to affect the policy of Biden’s administration. as well, the main target is releasing Sanctions and returning US for JCPOA.

In 2018, US President Donald Trump unilaterally withdrew the United States from the Iran deal that was signed between Iran and world powers three years earlier, which crippling economic sanctions were imposed on the Iranian economy as part of a “maximum pressure” campaign.

The warnings of Taeb, is after the remarks of another Mullah who is the intelligence minister, Mahmoud Alavi, raised the possibility that the Iranian Regime would be forced to seek nuclear arms! which means Iran will only develop nuclear weapons if forced by the West.
