Iranian Cyber Police Arrests Telegram Channel Admin

ICBPS- Iranian Cyber Police ​arrested an administrator of several Telegram channels on charges of “corruption on earth” for alleged “homosexuality”.

The cyber police ain Tehran announced that it arrested an individual on charges of “corruption on earth” for managing several telegram channels on the subject of “homosexuality”.

On May 22, the head of cyber police in the east of Tehran, Reza Molouki said the administrator had launched several groups in Telegram, with thousands of active members and users, promoting “unusual relationship between underage people and teens.”

“All the Telegram groups, owning by the accused, were out of the reach and the administrator was sent to prison.”

The death penalty is one of the most common sentences is being issued and executed in Iran on charges of “corruption on earth” (Mofsed-e-filarz).

No details have been released about the identity of the accused and the time of arrest.

The 20-year-old gay Iranian man Alireza Fazeli Monfared, who wanted to live as a free gay man in the West, was beheaded by his family days before his dream came true, according to Yahoo report.

Alireza was beheaded for an “honor killing” by family members after they learned he was gay.

Since the Islamic Revolutionaries took power in 1979, Iran is no longer a safe place for minorities, LGBTQs, dissidents, and women. The Islamic regime treats them as second-class citizens.
