ICBPS- Neural networks are a set of algorithms, modelled loosely after the human brain, that are designed to recognize patterns. They interpret sensory data through a kind of machine perception, labelling or clustering raw input. The patterns they recognize are numerical, contained in vectors, into which all real-world data, be it images, sound, text or time series, must be translated. Neural networks help us cluster and classify. They help to group unlabelled data according to similarities among the example inputs, and they classify data when they have a labelled dataset to train on. The neural network journalism is human’s essential need against today’s politburo. It is no more possible for journalism to focus on only one topic without considering other related topics. Journalism has to see the world as a network of cells not only one cell.

After the end of the World War II in 1945, the world was divided into two separate parts. The Western world with a political system based on the principles of democracy and the Eastern blasé with a political system based on the principles of socialism. Democracy in the Western world was built on a tripod. First of all, the people of these countries are free to choose their political leaders, they are free to criticize their political leaders, and they are free to fire them if they do not want them anymore. But the democratic political system also had two main commitments. Independent judiciary and free press. But in the east part of the world, the political system based on the principles of socialism did not grant any customary freedom to the people of such countries. Everything was ruled by one party.

After World War II, the world lived with this bipolar system for fifty years. But in December 1991, the Eastern Bloc collapsed, and the democratic political system and its economic system based on the principles of liberalism seemed to prevail. The economic system of liberalism was based on two main pillars: first, democracy and second, nationalism. liberalism, which was based on the free circulation of capital and the rule of demand and supply in the market, had been tested in the West for 50 years. Now, after 50 years, new markets were needed. With the collapse of the Soviet Union and the fall of the Iron Curtain, these new markets were created.

The first destination for immigration of capital was East, especially Southeast Asia. Countries such as China, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong have been identified as the main destinations for immigration of the liberal system. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, China which was ruled based on the principles of communism, decided to recognize private ownership and become the main destination for Western capital. China’s economy has expanded significantly since the 1990s. The Chinese Communist Party decided to enslave the people of its country and turn a country into a large factory with cheap labours. Cheap workers and new investment opportunities for Western liberalism seemed too sweet. That’s why the largest manufacturing and industrial canters in the West began building their own factories and production canters in China. The Western world was very happy with this new market and its possibilities, but was unaware that the migration of capital to China would cause many problems for the future of the world.

China’s economic expansion has dealt a fatal blow to our world today. First of all, in 2018, china has consumed 628 million tone oil, which 70% of that was imported, and according to World’s top export’s statics, this rate will increase to 720 million tones in 2025. China’s total trade balance for all products equalled a positive US$ 429.6 billion in 2019, almost doubling a $230.6 billion surplus during 2012 via an 86.3% expansion. Year over year, China’s recent $429.6 billion trade surplus reflects a 19.6% increase from a $359.2 billion surplus for 2018. The products exported from china has low efficiency mainly due to the low quality of such products, which is playing a major role in nature pollutions. Shouldn’t forget of producing objects with espionage abilities such as phones and other digital gadgets such as Huawei.

The second point is that the expansion of the Chinese economy has led to the destruction of small economic and production enterprises in the world and the growth of the number of unemployed population and social crimes. But the third major problem facing China’s economic growth for the world is that it has made China a major transit hub. With the spread of Covid-19 in the world, this has been becoming extensively apparent.

The emigration of capital from western to China was a major violation of the principles of the economic system of liberalism. As mentioned earlier, one of the main principles of liberalism is democracy. the expansion of the liberal system in China, which does not have a democratic government was wrong. A country which is ruled by the politburo.

Now that the world is facing the deadly Covid-19 virus, it needs to know that the virus has spread around the world for two reasons. First, the culture of food consumption and hygiene behaviours in China are very different from other countries in the world, and second, China’s becoming a major transit hub in the world due to the large number of factories and businesses in that country, which gives an huge potency to any virus with the epidemic capability to spread rapidly around the world, and this experience has been gained by the world facing Covid-19 and SARS virus.

Another major problem of facing China’s global economic expansion is, China does not have a democratic government and the free flow of information in that country is a futile dream. Today, the main artery of economics is accurate information and precise analyse of that information. The free flow of information guarantees the right decisions for the economy and businesses, something that is not expected of a non-democratic Chinese government. That’s why the US and other Western officials and also the World Health Organization are urging the Chinese government, the Islamic Republic regime in Iran and Russia to provide them with accurate information on the spread of the coronavirus.

That is exactly why neural network journalism is one of today’s human needs. In the neural network journalism, it is no longer possible for players to focus on a single subject and they have to consider several subjects to understand the issue. But the comprehensive analyses are required more comprehensive and accurate information, which unfortunately non-democratic countries are not providing.

What is urgently needed today is neural network journalism to stand against the obstruction of the free flow of information by non-democratic countries such as China and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
