Tehran Says It Will Not Comply with Iran Nuclear Deal ICBPS Iran Nuclear Deal Iran Arms Embargo JCPOA Enriched Uranium Stockpile

ICBPS– Iran cannot be expected to comply with all of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) obligations without benefiting from it, said Deputy Foreign Minister for International and Legal Affairs, Mohsen Baharvand.

During a meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors in Vienna, Baharvand said “We are adhering to our obligations expressed in the deal, but at the same time, it is almost impossible to enjoy the rights stipulated therein.”

In the meeting held in Austria’s capital on September 16, he added that Tehran is using its remedial rights within the Deal framework. However, we are ready to reverse the steps taken as soon as we can freely enjoy the rights enshrined in the Iran Nuclear Deal.”

The Islamic Republic of Iran signed a Nuclear Deal – known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) — in 2015 with the democrat Obama-led six superpowers (the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, China, and Russia).

In May 2018, President Donald Trump withdrew the United States from the so-called Deal, called it “worst deal ever” for what proved as Iran’s violation of its commitment.

In 2015, the Islamic regime in occupied Iran received up to $150 billion into its bank accounts from the democrat Obama administration, in which the windfall of cash was provided through terms of the JCPOA.

The so-called Iran Nuclear Deal — signed by superpowers — apparently could not stop Iran nuclear program.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has denied it is developing nuclear weapons – but Washington and its allies in the Middle East believe that Iran nuclear program is not peaceful, and have tried to stop Tehran’s nuclear ambitions which were disclosed by Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu to be a “secret atomic warehouse” — located in Turquzabad village in Kahrizak Rural District, 27 Km away from the Iranian capital.

Many states and experts in the Middle East believe that the “Iran Arms Embargo” should be done [extended] so that all people across the world can live in a secure and safe place.

Iran-backed businessmen and agents are involved in a massive web of money-laundering between Iran and its western neighbor Iraq. The Islamic regime uses that shadow money – received from Obama -to fund terrorism and destabilize the region.

Iran annually sends up to $800 million to Hezbollah, and $70 million to Hamas and other groups in the Gaza Strip, as estimated by the Israeli Ministry of Defense in 2017.

In a State Department briefing on April 2, 2019, U.S. Special Representative for Iran Brian Hook asserted that 70 percent of Hezbollah’s revenue comes from the Iranian regime. Hook reiterated that point on April 22, 2019 in an interview with Al Arabiya: “Historically, Iran gives Hezbollah $700 million a year. That’s 70% of their budget.”
