Standing in solidarity with my Iranian Christian compatriot Nasser Navard. He's currently locked in Ayatollah regime's dungeons for openly practicing his faith. When will @pontifex or U.S. Chrisitan groups denounce Ayatollahs persecution of Christians in Iran? #FreeNasserNavard pic.twitter.com/WCthdheENd

The court refused to present the report to Naser’s lawyer Hossein Ahmadi Niaz as well as he had not been allowed access to any document in the case file.
Further, the three Azeris were also sentenced, in their absence, to ten years each in prison.
In January 2018, Nasser was taken to Tehran notorious Evin prison to serve his sentence.
This is the regime with which Obama-led global powers agreed over a failed treaty, and now the Biden administration pleas to reconcile with the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism.
